## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责自身业务的拓展；
- 负责对应团队相关业务、人力指标达成；
- 负责创保线上化管理动作的落地，包括个代线上培训、增员的推动及运营支持；
- 负责创保业务推动和产品推动，线上激励方案、营销活动的拟定、宣导、推动和评估；
- 领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备较强的沟通能力、解决问题的能力；
- 具有一定的销售经验。
