## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责业务系统的管理，制定系统功能开发、整合、兼容、优化迭代计划，拟定需求规格书，推动系统及功能上线验收；
- 对接公司各团队，收集和统筹系统优化迭代需求，协调IT团队实施并推动上线及验收；
- 分析系统业务运营数据，对系统优化和业务发展提供建设性意见；
- 对接合作公司及金融平台，完成外部数据、合作方的系统对接；
- 负责系统问题响应，并与IT团队对接协调解决
- 其他业务运营支持 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，优秀者经部门领导同意可放宽至大专学历； 2、2年以上金融行业工作经验，具有优秀的语言表达能力及良好的文字表达功底；有债权管理系统、贷后业务系统设计及运营经验优先； 3、分析判断能力强，能独立解决问题，并具备生产问题处理能力，各类分析报表制作，熟练运用EXCEL等办公软件； 4、具有较强的内外部沟通能力； 5、具有良好的项目推动技能；
