## Job description

岗位职责
- 健康险产品的直销销售，销售健康险团体产品，以及中介、代理和经纪公司的开拓；
- 维护客户关系，提供产品报价，制作标书投标，以及商务谈判；
- 产品服务及相关知识宣导培训；
- 续期业务跟踪，重新投保项目沟通、方案设计、询报价及标书制作；
- 提供各类产品咨询、展业支持，协助理赔人员完成健康险业务项目的保全、理赔等客户服务。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，金融保险、医学、健康管理、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 有3年以上保险行业直销工作经历、团体保单销售经验优先；
- 了解中介渠道的经营模式；
- 学习能力强，熟练应用办公软件；
- 擅长沟通，具备一定辅导培训及市场策划能力，结果导向意识； 6、35岁及以下。
