## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责根据团队任务指标，分解细化到个人， 促进团队目标的实现；
- 负责渠道拓展及客户维护工作，通过市场推广和产品宣传提高产品的知名度和客户获取率；
- 负责营销团队的建设与管理，持续优化团队整体素养，提高营销拓展能力；
- 负责组织团队成员定期进行自查，强化风险合规意识，从营销前端避免或杜绝风险事件；
- 负责协助开展本地区市场信息的收集及同业调研分析工作。 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，有3-5年团队经理工作经验，22-35岁以下，
- 担任销售管理，
- 熟悉营销与销售技能-销售管理-客户发展，
