## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责建设维护评级管理体系，包括评级制度体系、评级考核评价、评级系统建设及评级应用管理。
- 负责评级模型监控、检视及优化。
- 负责对全行评级结果的统计、分析和报告。
- 负责重点客户评级。
- 负责推动AI、大模型等新技术在评级管理、模型优化及评级认定中的应用。 任职资格 1、硕士研究生及以上学历，有CPA、CFA、FRM资格的人员优先。 2、3年以上金融、评级、风险管理咨询等行业工作经验。 3、熟练使用sas、python等数据分析工具，具备风险模型开发经验。
