## Job description

岗位职责 1 负责权限内协谈案件、申诉案件的处理，确保机构案件处理的正确性； 2 负责权限内疑难、复杂案件的处理，解析理赔灰色地带，确保机构案件处理的专业性； 3 负责对理赔结果、客户咨询提供专业性的理赔解释，使客户认同公司结论，维护公司品牌形象； 4 通过分析、总结理赔实务操作中的各项问题，提出专业性的理赔管理及理赔操作的改进意见，维护提升公司理赔专业水平； 5 参与机构编制典型案例及理赔专业培训资料，促使整体理赔水平的提高。 任职资格 本科以上学历，有1-3年理赔协谈岗工作经验
