## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责个人渠道拓展、培训、激励方案宣导，追踪负责业绩指标品质；
- 渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件管理及沟通；
- 协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护；
- 协助渠道客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等。

### 任职资格 1、教育程度

本科及以上学历； 2、相关经验 1、 金融类专业学习经验，2、 有1-2年业务经验的优先考虑。 3、专业能力：市场营销、电子商务、保险等相关专业； 4、核心能力：思维敏捷、沟通能力强。
