## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责投诉根源分析及治理，联合挖掘风险提前预防 （理 赔、业务，车险、非车）
- 外部投诉系统录入、跟踪及办结
- 咨诉剔除审核、沟通及上报
- 业务渠道专项治理，定期业务沟通会、易诉合作网点拜访 推动等

### 咨诉相关费用管理与结算
- 安抚基金使用、金服费用结算、 NPS 结算、虚拟号结算等 任职资格
- 法学门类-法学类、管理学门类-管理科学类相关专业，本科以上学历；
- 沟通能力较好；
- 有一定的承压能力；
- 有驾驶证优先。
