## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责贷前审批及征信管理业务流程，识别可引入AI优化的环节，提出系统化、智能化改造方案。
- 跟进AI相关系统与产品项目，撰写需求说明书，协调内外部资源确保项目按时上线。
- 负责系统上线前的测试工作，撰写测试报告，确保新业务流程顺利执行。
- 监控项目运营，及时解决进度与时效问题，持续优化流程管理体系。
- 编写产品作业手册，指导作业人员使用，实施规范检查并追踪问题解决。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、人工智能等相关专业优先。 2. 3年及以上系统项目管理或流程优化经验，有金融行业或AI项目落地经验者优先。 3. 熟悉需求管理流程，能独立撰写需求说明书和测试报告。 4. 具备良好的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能与内外部单位高效协作。 5. 对AI技术（如RPA、NLP、智能决策等）有基本了解，能识别业务场景中的AI应用机会。
