## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责深圳区域银保业务整体规划、目标分解与业绩达成，搭建业务体系。
- 开拓并维护银行总行/分行渠道，建立深度合作，推动产品准入与活动落地。
- 组建、管理银保团队，负责人员招聘、培训、督导与绩效考核。
- 策划渠道营销方案，提升网点产能与业务规模，优化业务结构。
- 严守监管及公司合规要求，把控业务品质与销售风险。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，金融、保险相关专业。 2. 5年以上银保渠道管理经验，熟悉深圳银行渠道资源。 3. 具备优秀的渠道谈判、团队管理及业务推动能力，抗压性强。 4. 熟悉银保业务模式与监管政策，合规意识强。
