## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓零售贷款业务，按照总、分行要求进行客户、贷款业务及相关综合经营营销管理维护；
- 负责日常业务的跟进和推动，达成KPI指标，提高综合收益；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 按贷后管理和资金流向相关制度和实施细则要求，落实相关工作；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规，风险有效防控；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历。
- 具备零售信贷、普惠工作经验1年以上，或具备销售工作经验2年以上；
- 有小微企业、商圈等资源的优先，擅长通过行业协会、供应链上下游联动等获客；
- 具备较强的意志力和耐力，合规意识强，无不良记录。
