## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责资产证券化（ABS）、公/私募REITs项目的拓展，遴选，尽调和分析，推进项目进度；
- 负责和券商，发行人沟通尽调推进项目投资；
- 负责所投资项目的投后跟进及分析；
- 协助投资经理进行行业基本面分析及整理，并协助进行二级交易获取和谈判。 任职资格
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、数学、经济、计算机等相关专业，理工科及金融复合背景者优先；
- 具备CFA、CPA、FRM等专业证书优先；
- 具备VBA、Python等编程能力者优先；
- 具备比较好的沟通和团队合作能力；
- 有较强自驱力和成长意识，有钻研精神。
