## Job description

岗位职责

### 客群细分
- 以集团产寿险客群为基础，围绕客户生命周期、消费行为与风险偏好进行多维度细分，形成清晰的客户画像。

### 场景挖掘
- 嵌入子公司业务场景，推动跨板块服务资源整合，共建服务生态，形成协同闭环。

### 策略产出
- 基于数据分析构建获客模型，针对不同客群制定差异化的产品推荐、权益配置、定价策略及服务模式。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；金融学、统计学、数学、计算机等相关专业优先；
- 具有财产险/人寿险产品设计或渠道推动经验优先；
- 精通SQL，具备独立的数据提取、清洗、分析能力；熟练掌握Python/SAS等统计分析工具；
- 数据敏感，逻辑严谨，具备优秀的分析报告撰写能力；沟通协调与项目管理能力强，能推动跨部门协作落地；抗压性强，结果导向，责任心强。
