## Job description

岗位职责
- 依托公司平台，通过电话、网络等远程形式，为客户提供服务，满足客户多元化需求，与客户建立良好的关系；
- 收集客户保险保障需求，并为客户初步分析、制定保障规划方案；
- 积极解答客户关于产品、服务等方面的疑问，按照监管及公司相关要求提供专业意见；4、协助客户办理理赔、保全等服务，并做好服务过程中的答疑等工作。

### 任职资格 1；年龄

18周岁（含）以上； 2、学历：大专（含）以上学历，从事过相关服务销售类行业经验者优先； 3、语言交流：普通话标准；

### 理念认同
- 认同平安文化；

### 品质端正
- 无不良嗜好，无违法犯罪记录，不属于保险行业协会不准录用的黑名单人员范围
