## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接和维护分层经营客户，保持客户资产规模并取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 通过MGM和自拓增加私行及财富客户，促进潜力客户升级；不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案，实现客户财富的保值增值；全方面满足客户需求，开展交叉销售，以资产配置方式向客户销售银行和集团各子公司金融产品，促进客户升级；
- 积极配合和参与团队管理，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 从事理财投资、理财经理3年以上工作经验，服务营销能力强，有财富理财经验、银保销售经验优先；
- 熟悉银行产品,服务营销能力强,持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；
- 亲和力强、有服务意识和销售特质、责任心强、积极认真，抗压力强、纪律及合规意识强。
