## Job description

### 岗位职责 负责业务线用户增长工作，通过多渠道，多场景运营完善站内公共流量获取，交叉引流，私域运营等用户增长体系； 站内公共流量获取

与公共团队合作，深入探索站内公共流量分配机制，挖掘业务线流量增长点； 交叉引流：与其它业务线合作，并联动内部子业务线，开展交叉引流项目，深挖各交叉场景用户潜在需求，设计流量承接方案，助力业务线用户增长； 主导微信生态全域用户增长战略，全面负责平台小程序获客成本，规模与质量。 深入理解微信流量规则(包括小程序，公众号，搜一搜等)，生态机制，确保增长策略合规，可持续，可复制。与投放团队紧密协作，明确获客计划，优化投放效能，提升投放渠道小程序获客规模及ROI. 利用企微，社群等工具，实现潜客高效承接，提升平台注册规模。 与产品团队合作沉淀有效且符合场景用户心智的裂变活动，实现用户机制化的自传播 任职资格 本科及以上学历，市场营销，电子商务，数据分析，广告学等相关专业优先； 2年及以上互联网产品运营，用户增长运营，小程序运营相关工作经验，有成熟平台增长实操案例者优先；熟悉用户增长全链路方法论，精通Push运营，微信生态运营，渠道拉新，内部流量盘活等至少2个核心模块； 有大型用增活动经验者优先； 数据驱动能力：具备极强的数据敏感度，熟练使用 Excel,SQL等数据分析工具，能独立完成数据提取，分析，复盘，用数据指导运营决策； 策略策划能力：擅长用户分层，精细化运营，能根据不同场景制定针对性增长策略，具备独立策划运营活动，撰写优质文案的能力
