## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责部门管理工作，贯彻落实总、分行业务相关政策；
- 组织落实部门业务经营计划，推动业务绩效激励目标的实现；
- 组织实施部门产品营销计划，持续提升产品销售绩效；
- 落实风控、合规、消保管理要求。

### 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、5年及以上银行相关工作经验，具备团队管理经验优先； 3、熟悉当地市场环境，具备较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力； 4、职业操守良好，风险合规意识强，无违法违纪及不良从业记录； 5、工作地
