## Job description

岗位职责
- 定价研究，车险精算定价模型，模型应用落地，定价优化迭代
- 成本评估，中观保单成本评估，成本监控，成本变动归因分析，落地成本管控策略
- 客户画像，客群研究，制定最优产品及销售策略 任职资格

### 学历
- 211/985院校本科及以上，数学、统计、精算等相关专业；
- 通过3三门以上北美精算师、中国精算师相关考试 ，或者精算师/准精算师资格优先；
- 有头部保险公司工作经验优先。
