## Job description

岗位职责
- 围绕KPI达成，制定分季度分月的经营目标，落实追踪和检视工作；
- 动态监控各项指标，预测业务发展趋势及经营走势，定期输出经营/业务分析和达成预判；
- 组织公司经营类会议，负责会议组织、报告及纪要撰写； 3、市场数据、同业信息收集、分析、报告；
- 其他领导交代的工作 。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，经济学、统计学、保险学、数学与应用数学、财会等相关专业优先； 2、1-3年及以上相关工作经验； 3、熟练使用PPT、EXCEL等办公软件，具备优秀的公文写作能力； 4、具有优秀的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，优秀的沟通协作、担当精神，丰富的专业知识储备，优秀的执行力，优秀的结果导向型思维，持续付出，努力推进，高质量完成本职工作，较强的目标感，优秀的抗压耐力。
