## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责个人业务市场研究、发展规划；
- 根据分公司政策导向，结合三级机构情况，制定机构细化核保和风险筛选政策；
- 负责本机构个人业务的各项数据分析，及时评估、反馈核保政策在机构实施的效果；
- 负责机构个车自动核保规则的设置与日常维护，定期跟踪自动核保通过率的达成情况；保单复核及问题件沟通、协调；
- 负责本机构个人业务制度、工具等核保基础平台建设；
- 领导交办其他事宜 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，数学、统计、金融类等相关专业优先；
- 有一定的数据敏感性，有较好的数据分析和总结能力；有良好的沟通协调能力和服务意识；
- 有良好的学习适应能力，工作责任心强、有进取心，抗压能力强
