## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责寿险综拓渠道开拓、培训、激励方案宣导，追踪负责业绩及品质指标；
- 渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件沟通及管理；
- 协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护；
- 协助渠道客户、渠道对接人的日常沟通、反馈等。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年渠道专员工作经验； 2.表达能力好，能承受一定压力。
