## Job description

岗位职责
- 依据医保政策及条款协议做案件扣费，包括查库扣费、责任扣费、减损扣费等；
- 根据作业规则将影响自动审核的部分信息进行预审；
- 根据案件情况，结合理赔作业规则，对医疗险初级案件进行核责定损、风险管控；
- 收集反馈业务处理中发现的理赔信息、系统运作及业务流程问题，提供对策依据；
- 领导交给的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历优先，有1年工作经验优先；
- 有医疗理赔或相关保险从业经验者优先；
- 打字熟练，有一定的法律/医学知识基础，掌握保险知识，熟悉公司险种条款；
- 责任心强，公平公正，具有一定的决断能力。
