## Job description

岗位职责 1）集中作业团队的统筹和整体管理 2）理赔案件的受理、录入、审核、质检、合议等作业环节的管理 3）端到端时效管理，确保时效达成，保证客户体验 4）作业品质管理，降低理赔差错； 5）理赔投诉管理，投诉案件复盘，根因分析并落实整改 6）理赔流程管理，理赔各环节流程梳理，提升效率和客户感受度 7）队伍建设，作业人员的招聘、面试、带教培训等； 8）现场管理，考勤、职场装修、办公设备； 9）机构特殊业务运营支持方案沟通； 10）基本法及作业员工绩效方案制定与统计； 11）领导交办的其他事项。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，医学、法学、保险等相关专业；
- 有3-5年理赔相关工作经验；
- 性格认真仔细，富有责任心；
- 具备责任担当、抗压耐力、勤奋努力的性格
