## Job description

岗位职责

### 预算管理
- 负责公司业务线预算管理，包括费用政策、执行追踪、滚动预测等相关工作；

### 投产分析
- 收集公司业财数据，建立经营数据库，按时提供重点费用投产分析，提供可行性资源管理建议等；
- 建立项目管理的财务分析模型；
- 其他预算管理及财务分析相关工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理相关专业，有3-5年金融行业预算管理或财务分析工作经验； 2、有扎实的财税专业知识，具有较强的分析能力、数据处理能力，能熟练使用各种办公软件； 3、35岁以下，具备中级会计师或以上相关证书，具有较强的学习能力； 4、认真负责，具有良好的协作、沟通和指导技能，具备团队协作精神。
