## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻落实总部人力资源管理相关制度，建立分部人事管理秩序；
- 负责机构员工工资/奖金核发，社保福利办理及定调薪等工作，确保机构薪酬工作顺利开展
- 负责机构人事档案、员工入离司及考勤等用工事项管理，确保机构用工管理内部合规、外部合法
- 负责机构招聘预算制定、渠道开拓、招聘实施等工作，确保机构用人需求得到合理满足
- 负责机构员工绩效体系落实、干部队伍管理等工作，确保满足机构人才管理需要
- 负责机构组织架构、人力编制及预算的申请、检视及调配工作，确保与机 任职资格 1.本科学历，人力资源管理、财政学等相关专业 2.1-2年相关工作经验
