## Job description

岗位职责 1、依托公司平台，通过电话、网络等远程形式，借助公司提供的各项增值服务权益，为客户提供服务，满足客户多元化需求，与客户建立良好的关系； 2、收集客户保险保障需求，并为客户初步分析、制定保障规划方案； 3）积极解答客户关于产品、服务等方面的疑问，按照监管及公司相关要求提供专业意见； 4）协助客户办理续期缴费、理赔、保全等服务，并做好服务过程中的答疑等工作； 5）联合部门、团队其他职能伙伴共同经营解决客户相关问题、需求。 任职资格
- 大专以上学历；
- 具备良好的客户服务意识，有较强抗压能力；
- 有金融/保险/销售相关经验者优先。
