## Job description

岗位职责
- 目标及人员管理。对团队银保KPI目标直接负责，推动所辖银保顾问、私行银保顾问达成个人KPI目标。
- 任务及辖区管理。负责协助分行将团队辖区网点分配至团队所辖银保顾问、私行银保顾问，并根据分配的辖区为团队所辖银保顾问及私行银保顾问制定合理的银保中收任务目标。
- 资源调配。负责协助分行根据团队所辖银保顾问及私行银保顾问对团队的贡献度分配相关资源，有效提升团队成员积极性。
- 团队工作管理。负责管理辅导团队所辖银保顾问及私行银保顾问的活动量管理、培训辅导、客户经营、保单运营、资源链接和推动策略落地等工作。
- 重点事项落地。完成总行/分行下发的重点工作。 任职资格 1.2-5年或以上从事金融或银保工作经验。 2.能够独立开展银保销售、组织大型沙龙和产说会、研发典范案例及讲授课程。 3.纪律及合规意识强，无重大违法违规行为或行业不良记录，符合我行亲属回避等相关制度要求。
