## Job description

岗位职责
- 开展银行投行业务审查审批，出具审查意见，形成评审报告；
- 制定投行业务风险政策及相关制度，参与风险政策培训宣导；
- 配合投行条线新产品创设的风险研究与评估工作；
- 针对监管政策及市场变化，开展行业及市场调研，为投行业务发展提供建议。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济、金融、管理、财务等相关专业；
- 具有5年以上投行业务或对公信贷业务工作经验，有CPA、CFA、FRM资格的人员优先；
- 熟悉银行信贷业务和主要授信业务品种，具有较好的信贷风险分析及判断能力，熟悉宏观经济政策，具有一定的行业研究及企业分析能力；
- 品行端正，沟通能力良好，具备较强的责任心及团队精神。
