## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 根据公司政策，统筹规划营业部工作节奏，包括周计划、月计划、季度及年计划等，并督导落地执行，定期检视；
- 组织协调公司资源投放，保证总分公司经营目标达成；
- 负责营业部内的培训、各类活动组织，对经营指标负责；
- 参加项目管理与规划，配合项目规划做方案调整；

### 负责营业部中心的组织发展、运营管理、绩效达成及品质把控； 任职资格 年龄
- 28-45岁 学历：本科及以上 其他： 1)5年以上销售团队管理经验，2年以上寿险团队管理经验（30人+团队）； 2)具有保险公司部经理、课长、处经理、总监等从业经历优先； 3)具备独立完成工作计划、督导执行的能力； 4)擅长从0到1的组建及综合运营管理、业务洽谈、部门增员等； 职业素养： 1)高度敬业、善于沟通、敢于担当；喜欢挑战不断突破自我； 2)具备强烈的结果导向意识，一流的团队搭建能力，出色的团队合作、沟通能力。
