## Job description

岗位职责
- 银网点的关系维护与经营
- 组织网点培训及市场营销活动、辅助银行人员提升业务技能
- 运用多种模式提高产能、推动个人销售指标完成
- 做好网点及客户的相关售后及配套服务工作、如产品咨询、保单初审、保全代办等
- 遵守公司各项规章制度、参加公司组织的各项会议及培训、认真填写活动管理工具。

### 任职资格 学历

大专及以上 具有良好的表达能力、沟通协调能力和较强的公关能力及团队合作意识，性格开朗自信、有感染力、形象气质佳、学习能力强、具有一定的直接销售技能或潜能。 签订劳动合同，缴纳五险一金。
