## Job description

岗位职责

### 指标达成
- 规划与组织所属团队保费目标的达成，对各项业务指标的达成负责；

### 业务拓展
- 完成所负责行业、客户的市场分析、销售规划、重点业务销售和服务跟进规划，日常业务推动及追踪；

### 渠道关系维护
- 建立和维护集团内外部渠道关系；

### 产品支持
- 提供各类产品咨询、提供各类保险政策解读；
- 上级安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1.大专及以上学历，年龄不超过40岁； 2.5年及以上保险公司或保险中介公司团体保险业务客户开发、管理等经验； 3.有团体保险业务直销业务资源者优先； 4.积极主动，责任心强，有强烈的结果导向意识，沟通能力强；
