## Job description

### 岗位职责 在遵守合规风险管理要求的前提下
- 根据总分行要求，负责完成团队各项行为管理、质量管理、业绩管理工作。
- 负责制定团队业务发展规划，达成团队的销售任务。
- 负责业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动。
- 负责所辖团队建设、统筹管理、人才培养和内外部协调沟通，以及产品、技能、政策的培训。
- 负责团队人力发展规划，实现团队的有效增员和优胜劣汰。
- 团队公共户激励资源的管理和使用。
- 配合风险条线，建立诚信、合规的信贷文化。
- 总分行分配给团队长的其他工作事项。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历。 2、丰富的市场开拓经验，较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力。 3、3 年及以上营销经验，丰富的市场营销专业知识，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务。
