## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与制定分中心业务发展规划
- 负责分管模块工作计划制定、推动，确保业绩目标达成；
- 推动分管模块的团队建设与人才培养，建立人才梯队；
- 及时完成领导交办的其他任务。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、5年以上信用卡工作经验及3年以上管理工作经验； 3、熟悉信用卡业务的销售推广，了解市场运作； 4、具有良好的规划能力、沟通能力、管理能力和执行力； 5、具有良好的沟通协调能力，责任心强，思维活跃，为人正直，作风踏实。
