## Job description

岗位职责
- 主导信贷产品运营中的电话服务挖掘客户意向作业全流程（含客户触达、需求分析、营销跟进、转化闭环），优化执行效率。

### 转化率驱动提升
- 通过数据监控与策略迭代（如话术优化、客户分层），针对性提升信贷业务电话服务挖掘客户意向的转化率与客户满意度。

### 电话服务合规体系搭建
- 制定并执行电话服务合规政策，监控业务风险，确保符合监管要求，保障业务合法合规运营。

### 合作机构协同管理
- 协同相关业务部门，管理合作机构准入、考核及关系维护，优化合作机制与费用结构。

### 费用成本优化
- 分析电话服务成本数据，实施费用精细化管控，降低运营成本，提升信贷业务收益水平。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 本科以上学历，经济、金融、风险、市场营销等相关专业。

### 经验要求
- 2年以上信贷/消金/银行电话服务业务管理、渠道运营、结算管理经验，熟悉电话服务外呼流程、渠道合作模式、费用结算逻辑、投产分析逻辑；有平安、招联、蚂蚁、持牌消金从业经验优先。

### 能力要求
- 精通数据复盘，熟练使用Excel做数据匹配、台账搭建、指标拆解；具备独立优化业务规则、整改业务问题、提升投产比的实操经验。

### 认知要求
- 具备极强的成本意识、盈利思维、风险意识，不盲目冲规模，优先保障业务盈利与质量，熟悉金融行业合规要求。

### 综合素质
- 逻辑清晰、细致严谨、对账敏感，能独立对接外部机构与内部多部门，抗压能力强，可快速落地问题整改与优化迭代。
