## Job description

岗位职责 -Develop and implement channel sales strategies and initiatives ，Lead a team to expand client relationships and promote trade finance products，to achieve sales target and increase market share.
- Identify and connect prospective channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as risk and product team to ensure alignment of sales strategies and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new 任职资格 -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in banking trade finance, at least 3 years of team management experience.
- Strong experiences and understanding of project management, corporate import/export trade processes and business requirements are preferred.
- Proficient in trade finance operations
