## Job description

岗位职责

### 各类稽核项目组织与参与
- 根据外部监管及公司管理层要求，以风险为导向，开展各类稽核项目，准确把握主要风险，做好内外部协调沟通，撰写稽核报告，跟进后续整改。

### 公司风险监测与防控
- 开展内部控制评价及其他专项检查，提出管理建议，协助公司堵塞系统漏洞、流程缺陷，推动公司业务风险管控前置，提升风险防控水平。

### 案防廉政建设
- 关注高风险事项实时监控及风险化解工作，完善稽核相关职能制度的建设，开展廉政宣传和培训，以强化公司合规文化建设。

### 创新智能风险监测体系建设
- 结合项目经验，挖掘公司风险场景，协助公司智能风险监测体系的完善。

### 其他
- 完成领导交办的其他审计工作。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上，数学类、信息技术类、医学类、生物类背景优先。

### 工作经验
- 2年及以上工作经验。有审计、项目推动、数据分析等经验者优先考虑；

### 专业能力
- 了解企业经营逻辑，熟悉保险公司内控机制、能独立分析评价管理模式和业务流程，对大数据分析、数字化审计有一定了解。具备CIA、CPA、中高级审计师等资格者、能熟练运SQL/Python/SAS等工具者优先考虑；

### 核心能力
- 对信息有足够的敏感性，有较强的学习领悟能力和自驱力，有较强的逻辑分析能力、总结归纳能力，责任心强，具备良好的组织能力、沟通能力、团队合作精神及抗压能力，认同平安文化。
