## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 参与运营分析，协助搭建数据管理体系，优化数据提报标准；负责日常运营数据收集、整理与分析，撰写经营分析报告
- 参与运营管理工作，协助医院运营涉及的预算、KPI考核、绩效管理相关工作；追踪医院运营管理改善成效
- 对接医院，协助评估医院及学科经营发展情况，识别运营瓶颈并提出优化建议方向，撰写相关报告

### 了解行业发展情况，支持新业务发展的市场调研、同业对标 任职资格 任职资格
- 1、本科及以上学历，临床医学、管理学、公共卫生、医院管理、经济学等相关专业优先 2、3年以上医疗集团或医院运营、经营分析或学科建设相关经验 3、熟悉医院运营管理流程，了解医院KPI体系及经营分析方法，参与过医院绩效改革、专科运营等项目 4、有较强的数据分析功底、熟练应用办公工具 5、具备高度的责任心，较强的沟通协调能力，具有优秀的、清晰的逻辑思考和解决问题的能力
