岗位职责
- 负责杭州分行线上渠道业务拓展与客户维护
- 策划并执行线上金融产品推广方案
- 协调跨部门资源优化线上服务流程
- 分析客户需求并提供定制化解决方案
- 监控线上业务运营数据并提出改进建议。 任职资格
- 具备银行业线上业务管理经验
- 熟悉金融产品及服务流程
- 拥有团队协作与项目执行能力
- 持有银行从业资格证书
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力。
