## Job description

岗位职责
- 研究零售信贷业务发展趋势，创新零售信贷产品，对接和协调各条线资源，推动产品研发上线与优化；
- 负责既有产品的迭代优化与运营维护，优化产品业务流程和用户体验。
- 开展竞品对标分析，对本行信贷产品进行大数据分析 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历 2.3-5年相关工作经验
