## Job description

岗位职责
- 日常数据监控与报表开发
- 维护客户经营核心指标看板（活跃度、转化率、留存率等），确保数据准确性与更新及时性
- 开发自动化数据报表，减少人工统计成本，提升数据交付效率
- 监控数据异常波动，及时预警并协同业务部门排查原因
- 运营分析支持
- 执行用户分群分析、行为路径分析、A/B测试效果评估等日常分析任务
- 跟踪营销活动、产品迭代、服务升级对客户体验与业务指标的影响
- 输出周期性分析报告，为运营策略调整提供数据依据
- 数据资产维护
- 维护客户标签体系、健康档案数据字段，确保数据质量与一致性
- 协助搭建数据仓库查询逻辑，优化数据提取效率
- 配合完成数据合规审查与隐私保护需求
- 跨部门协作
- 响应业务部门数据需求，提供数据提取、清洗、分析支持
- 协同产品、渠道团队验证策略效果，沉淀分析经验
- 协助中级经理完成专项分析项目，提供数据基础支撑 任职资格 1、本科及以上，统计学、数学、计算机、经济学等相关专业优先 2、2-3年数据分析经验，互联网/保险/健康管理行业背景优先 3、熟练使用SQL进行数据查询与处理，精通Excel（VLOOKUP、透视表等） 4、掌握Tableau/PowerBI等可视化工具之一，了解Python/R基础语法 5、具备数据敏感度，能准确理解业务需求并转化为分析任务 6、细致严谨，能保证数据准确性与时效性，适应快节奏工作
