## Job description

岗位职责
- 监管电话引流接听、核实、登记、流转；
- 和消保中心咨诉件核实、登记、流转；
- 外部投诉系统录入、跟踪及办结；
- 咨诉剔除审核、沟通及上报；
- 监控机构内外部投诉结案时效，对于高危案件及结案超时案件进行催办；
- 投诉根源分析及治理，优化流程、完善制度、制定标准、明确规范；
- 条线联合挖掘风险提前预防 。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 汽车、保险、机械、法学、医学、经济、管理等相关专业；
- 熟悉相关办公软件操作，有相关岗位经验者优先。
