## Job description

### 岗位职责 核心职责
- 评估老年人失眠、睡眠呼吸暂停、昼夜节律紊乱等睡眠问题。
- 提供非药物睡眠认知行为治疗（CBT-I）指导、睡眠卫生教育。
- 识别需要转诊的严重睡眠障碍或共病精神心理问题（如焦虑、抑郁）。
- 协同其他专家，处理由疼痛、用药等引起的睡眠问题。
- 给予睡眠问题客户系统性的个体化解决方案并进行效果的跟踪管理。

### 资质
- 临床医学本科及以上学历。

### 经验
- 具有三甲医院睡眠管理中心工作经验，熟练掌握睡眠量表评估、睡眠监测数据分析和常见睡眠障碍诊疗流程。

### 认证（加分项）
- 接受过系统CBT-I培训或有相关证书。

### 线上服务能力（软性）

1、具备极强的倾听和共情能力，沟通风格温和、支持性强。 2、善于通过线上工具引导用户，进行行为干预。
