## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助检视渠道各类产品销售状况，进行市场调研、提出产品改进及新品开发需求
- 协调提供新产品各项行销支持并制定企划案及工具，对新产品的销售和反馈情况分析及评估反馈
- 负责整理分析相关数据，制作部门KPI报告
- 配合寿险开展综拓专员各类培训，参与培训课程开发，提供培训支持与建议 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年个销产品经理工作经验，
