## Job description

岗位职责
- 复杂咨诉业务处置，跟进一线无法解决的问题，通过电话做好客户沟通和安抚工作。
- 针对咨诉处理中发现的客户声音、流程断点或批量风险问题等，整理流程和规则建议，积极推动知识库信息完善和客服服务体验不断改善。
- 根据标准作业流程，追踪公司内部跨部门业务沟通进度，确保日常作业进度有序推进。
- 参加公司安排的各类产品培训，熟悉了解产品特性和各项业务规则。
- 领导交付的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历。
- 熟悉咨询服务流程，有保险金融行业客户服务经验者优先。
- 熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel等。
- 责任心强，对待工作认真耐心，具备良好的服务意识；有较强的语言表达能力，普通话标准。
