## Job description

岗位职责 （1）协助所属二级分行客户经理进行投行商机挖掘，提供客户营销支持、产品方案设计等服务； （2）及时宣导落实总行、南京分行业务政策，并结合经营单位实际情况，制定营销指引、开展产品培训； （3）参与和推动当地投行业务的承做工作，负责具体项目的落地； （4）南京分行投行部安排的其它工作。 任职资格 （1）年龄35周岁以下，特别优秀者可适当放宽； （2）本科及以上学历，经济、金融、会计、法律等相关专业优先； （3）金融从业年限不低于3年，拥有丰富的债承业务相关经验，熟练掌握债承业务开发、备案材料撰写、项目发行等业务承做流程； （4）熟悉当地市场，了解当地主要发债企业情况。
