## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责客户接待，以团队为中心，有较强的服务意识、良好的服务态度，为团队、客户提供优质的服务；
- 私行人员考核指标追踪等业务管理工作；
- 负责私行中心采购、物料、办公环境及安全等工作；
- 协调私行中心与分行各职能部门的工作衔接；
- 负责策划并组织客户沙龙活动、团队数据处理、财务报销管理、IT资产管理等综合性事务；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉并跟进处理进度；
- 领导交办的其他工作职责。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验
