## Job description

岗位职责
- 牵头全行普惠产品推广，组建矩阵式推动团队，协同产品、运营、科技条线，提升分行落地支持效能；
- 搭建业务过程追踪体系，监测进件量、审批通过率等关键指标，定位堵点并推动闭环优化；
- 组织开展队伍训战结合培训，聚焦实战能力提升，持续强化一线团队专业素养与营销技能。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融、会计学、市场营销、统计学、大数据相关专业优先； 2、2年以上互联网、大数据、物联网相关行业从业经验 3、思维敏捷、视野开阔，有较强的创新思路和能力； 4、具备尝试新鲜实物勇气，沟通能力及项目管理能力突出； 5、能熟练使用Excel和Powerpoint等办公工具。
