## Job description

岗位职责 1.1、统筹管理分行零售信贷贷后管理各循环节点，持续提升贷后管理效果，提升贷款质量品质。 2、结合总行零售信贷贷后管理策略、制定分行贷后管理细则，推动贷后管理最佳实践。 2.3、组织、强化对业务团队，以及外部合作机构的监督检查，提高执行力，确保各项贷后管理动作有效落实。 4、贷后团队建设和管理，提高团队整体绩效和战斗力。组织全行贷后管理人员培训、促进能力提升。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验
