## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本团队KPI负责，制定实施本团队的发展规划，支持市场经理外拓业务和重大项目落地及运维工作，达成团队各项经营指标；
- 负责团队层面的内外部渠道、B端企业维护和管理工作;
- 负责队伍建设、人才培养，从产品、技能、政策等方面对市场经理进行培训和指导;
- 开展日常的团队管理工作，包括市场经理绩效考核管理、活动量管理、客户投诉处理、队伍合规、消保和案防管理等;
- 分行交办的其他工作事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有3年以上金融相关工作经验，具备良好的人员激励、培养和领导能力；
- 工作积极进取、目标导向，具备较强的市场拓展能力，熟悉西安当地市场，有丰富的企业沟通、营销经验；
- 熟悉并遵守国家有关经济、金融法律法规及本行的相关规章制度，具备较强的风险合规意识，无重大违法违规或行业不良记录。
