## Job description

岗位职责

### 管理方向
- 小微风险
- 结合线上及线下流程，负责小微客群准入、授信、定价等风控策略开发及落地；
- 评估及审核业务部门报送的小微客群圈链会项目；
- 根据客户的贷前、贷中、贷后行为表现，持续优化策略；
- 优化迭代小微客群的风险审批流程，提升业务效率。 任职资格
- 数理工科或统计专业背景优先，具有较强的数据分析能力；
- 有小微企业风险识别与风控经验或信用风险评级评价经验；
- 熟悉小微企业的经营模式，对批零、制造、餐饮、服务等一个或几个行业具有较为深刻的行业认知；
- 对企业或个人大数据较为熟悉，对主流的经营类信贷产品及其底层风控逻辑较为了解。
